The Avisory Board shall assist the President and the EC in providing responses and advice related to aerospace medical scientific questions, regulations and etc.

Please find attached the proposed Governance Protocol for decision making by the Advisory Board of ESAM. The documents are in two formats. One is in pdf and is not editable, whilst the second is a MS Word compatible document allowing for alterations and editing. The document has been submitted to the Advisory Board Committee who have asked me to forward them for your consideration. The closing date for any response will be 1200 Zulu on 10th February 2010.
I have requested a read response email to ensure that all Advisory Board representatives have received the proposal.
